  • I dont have ADHD but I did (do?) have depression.

    Although not the specifics, I’ve felt the same way so many times.

    I’ve also felt that no one else has ever felt this way

    I’ve also felt that I would never get better, nor did I want to get better

    It can be better. You can be better.

    The important thing is to stay safe.
