  • They improved it significantly since launch. I found myself loving the added features more than expected, like the Screenplay and Master Books they included.

I also loved the full videos of the digital graphic novels, and variants of MGS1, like the Japanese version and Special Missions, all in one place.

And on the PC versions, there’s a good amount of relatively easily installed mods on Nexus that can add a lot of value.

I pretty much replay most of the Metal Gear games every other year or so, so it was just another excuse to replay again on a new platform.

  • Yep. Especially Becoming the Archetype (first 4 albums), all of Death Therapy, and a lot of Project 86 (specifically their last double album Omni was getting very heavy for them).

Destroy the Runner, specifically like their album Saints.

There was a band called EastWest that had an album Hope in Anguish. Not sure I’d call it metal, and they were not accomplished high production, but it was still pretty good.

In spite of my issues with religion and my childhood, I still listen to most of those bands many many years later cause the music is just excellent, especially the first 3 I mentioned.

Demon Hunters still going and still good.

I’ve had PS5 since release. I have played a handful of PS5 games and honestly most of them have felt like slightly enhanced PS4 games. Very few have truly felt “next gen.” Even fewer make decent use of unique DualSense features.

I’ve mostly continued playing tons of PS4 games. PS5 seems kinda meh to me. Also as usual Sony has made a system software design and layout that feels needlessly restrictive and idiotic.

This thing is basically a PS4 Pro Pro. And now the PS5 Pro will be a PS4 Pro Pro Pro.

Remember that Dale also did not know what the confederate flag truly meant. He just thought it was a southern thing. And the minute someone told him how offensive it was to them, he went and immediately scraped it off his truck and apologized.

Dale wasn’t no damn loser traitor.
