I see a good amount of paved playgrounds, even at new schools, which always seems bonkers to me. Kids are rambunctious and get into lots of scrapes. Why would you want to put in ground that is more expensive and makes that worse?
Mine in the 90s was a mix of open field and gravel. Although the school it replaced because a semi ran into it had a paved playground.

Drake Berentz (who gives his name as Nate Haggers because racists think that’s funny) did not really mention anything about eating pets. There is a difference between undesirable corner cases and the garbage that is first past the post. Changing it to even ranked choice increases engagement and how politicians politic. So changing the voting system does indeed help a whole host of problems. There are obviously some other things that need to change like having publicly funded elections, increasing the House of Representatives and having multi member districts, making the Electoral College obsolete, etc.
Do people blindly support it? I live with it and vote accordingly but I also advocate for alternative voting methods. People voting third party do not fully understand that our first past the post system makes it so their candidate has no chance.

Bullshit. The Board of Governors can approve a new Postmaster General. The law says that the makeup of the board can only have a majority party such that it has one more member than the minority party.

There are only two governors that were placed there by Trump (both Republican). The last two governors placed were a Democrat and a Republican back in May 2022.
So sure, it may be the Republicans and one independent mucking it up but Biden could literally change that at any time and could have since May 2022. His last nominations could have been two Democrats. Instead, it was one Republican and one Democrat.
