First. I hope your family is OK.

Second its total bullshit the medical insurance companies can just declare something isn’t needed (usually by a doctor on thier payroll). Then use that as a justification to decline coverage.

This is supposedly a standard tactic for them too. Decline all big claims and see who fights it.

That’s insanely immoral especially because anyone with a huge medical bill clearly has some shit going on and the last thing they need is the massive stress of a massive medical bill.

We have movies and TV shows that poke at how bad our medical coverage is and we Americans just accept that the plot is acceptable.

The ones that come to mind are:
The Rainmaker kid dies of lung cancer because insurance declined treatment due to it being “experimental”.
Breaking Bad yeah. Cooking meth to pay for cancer treatment

Seems good but the lower cost is due to relying on the pico headset. Tracking quality also suffers since it requires line of sight to the headset so it’s piggybacking on the inside out tracking.

Not a bad trade off for the price cut.

We all know in a capitalist society there are people who only see short term. They care about themselves and not the future.

What is fracking?.
Fracking — shorthand for hydraulic fracturing — is the process of extracting gas or oil deep underground using a high-pressure mixture of water, sand and chemicals to break up rock.

Its definetly a controversial subject.

I think it’s a hot issue for many working class citizens due to the results of creating more American jobs and lowering gas prices.

On the other side of the issue is climate risks and feeding our reliance on fossil fuels.

To state my opinion. I’m against fracking. Against ICE vehicle subsidies (fuck these huge pick up trucks). Also for nuclear power.

We have loads of people on both sides that are registered, but sit on their ass too much.

Approximately 45% of U.S. corn croplands are used for ethanol production.

Corn feed is also bad. Cows aren’t meant to live off of corn and it makes them unhealthier for us to eat.

Feeding cattle on corn fundamentally changes the meat they produce, greatly increasing levels of unhealthy Omega-6 fatty acids and decreasing levels of healthy Omega-3 fatty acids.  This change greatly impacts the healthiness of meat for human consumption.

There’s also the more recent issue of growing corn in more states drying up the water supply. Corn is a very water hungry crop.

Then get re-elected and go nuts on super progressive policy.

Massive taxes on billionaires (legit 50-70% and/or maybe maybe inheritance tax). Oh look at this! Tax on Extreme Wealth Massive taxes on land barons. (Limit to 2 or 3 per person. Then tax the hell out of vacant units and increasingly per unit over 3).
Medicare for all.
Abolish tipping culture. Increase minimum wage.
Abolish the corn welfare system. 95% of corn is not grown for human consumption. Let’s grow more of our own food.

That doesn’t apply to bonuses. Most of these billionaires have salary in the millions and massive “bonuses” based on whatever metrics they want.

This is probably why they want no taxes on tips so they can claim those bonuses tax free.
